Recipe Lemon curd
It is a versatile and incredibly delicious filling for cakes and pies for and even as a jam.
– 1 cup of lemon juice
– 2 tsp. Grated lemon peel
– 75 g sugar
– 4 egg yolks
– 60 g of butter
1. Mix together all ingredients and put in a water bath
2. Whisk whisk and keep the bath until it becomes a smooth consistency
3. Remove from heat
4. Put in a glass jar, cool to room temperature and put in the refrigerator, stored in the refrigerator until ready to use.
