Recipe Lenten buns with poppy seeds
Very tasty and versatile for every baking dough.
1 liter of warm water,
80 g yeast,
7 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
7 tablespoons sugar
3l Bank + o, 5 liter cans of flour,
1 packet of vanilla sugar.
Knead the dough, let go of 1.5 hours in a warm place, roll the rectangle
and spread the filling.
Filling: grind the poppy seeds and mix with powdered sugar (you can pour warm milk and boil for about ten minutes). Roll the dough into a rectangle – spread with filling. Twist roll and cut into crosswise
Leave for about 15 minutes to approach grease sweet tea brewing and bake in the oven for 25-30
minutes at 180 degrees
