Lentils with vegetables


3 cloves garlic
1 cup raisins
Cumin (cumin) 1 teaspoon

1 cup vegetable broth

Lentils 2 cups

Apple vinegar, 1 tablespoon


1. Onion, garlic, carrots, mushrooms and celery cut into Malko. In a deep skillet heat the olive oil well and fry until golden brown onion, garlic and carrots.

4. Meanwhile, finely chop the red pepper. Root fresh ginger peeled and rubbed on a fine grater – should have about two tablespoons.
5. Add the crushed red pepper and ginger to the pan, stir. Pour the cumin, black pepper, add salt. Stir and simmer for five to seven minutes.
6. When the broth is almost completely absorbed, add raisins to the pan. Gently mix and briefly put out together with vegetables.
7. Add the spinach. The leaves of spinach, you can throw in a frying pan as a whole, and large better and get rid of the hard stems and break your hands or chop with a knife.
8. Simmer until broth is completely absorbed and lentils with vegetables will not get crumbly consistency. Cooked lentils expanded in a deep bowl and serve immediately.
