Recipe Leopard Cake
That is the beauty! Cake is beautiful and surprisingly easy to prepare! And indeed like a leopard.
To test (1 cake):
240 gr. butter (at room temperature),
200 gr. powdered sugar,
250 g flour
1 sachet baking powder,
1 pt. Vanillin,
1 tsp cocoa
1 h. L. orange juice
The orange food coloring.
For the main cream:
250 grams of powdered sugar,
250g melted chocolate on a steam bath.
Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, and beat well. Proseennuyu Stir flour and baking powder into the mixture. Continue to stir. At least add the milk and stir until a homogeneous dough. Divide the dough into 3 parts. One part of the divide a further three times and one does not leave a colored, add the cocoa to another, in the third – the orange food coloring.
Lubricate the form of butter. The thickness of the finger from the bottom of the form to pour a thin layer of 1/3 of the dough. Chocolate dough draw the spiral. Over spiral painted chocolate, orange paint. Again – chocolate. The remaining gap fill white dough. Carefully pour the remaining white verhushechku test. Bake. Bake three cakes.
Prepare Oil Cream: Beat the butter with powdered sugar (Division 100 g cream for decoration), and add the melted chocolate on a steam bath (leave 50 grams of chocolate to decorate). Stir until completely dissolved. Coat the cakes with cream. Decorate spots in the photo.
