Light sandwiches with avocado and smoked salmon
Avocado 1 piece
Light mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice ½ teaspoon
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Whole wheat bread 8 pieces
Smoked salmon 60g
Cucumbers 1 piece
