Broth – 100 ml

Olive oil – 30 ml
Bread crumbs or crackers – 70 g
A mixture of Italian herbs – to taste
Salt – to taste
A mixture of pepper – to taste


1. Make minced pork and beef.
2. Mix the ground beef and pork.
3. Add the bread crumbs or crackers.
4. Add all the spices, garlic.
