Recipe Meatballs for gourmets
For the meatballs –
500g minced chicken
half a cup of breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons ketchup
1. Mix everything in a bowl and sculpt small balls.
2. In a frying pan heat the 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the balls on all sides.
3. Serve on a lettuce leaf.
4. stick a toothpick into meatballs and garnish with pickled cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
