Recipe Meatloaf with boiled eggs
800 grams of pork, beef or mixed minced meat (I had pork)
3-4 slices of white bread
2 small bulbs
2 cloves garlic
1 raw egg
4-6 hard boiled eggs boiled
1 tbsp Worchester sauce
a small bunch of parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Bread put in a blender and pulverized into crumbs.
Onions, garlic and finely chop the parsley.
Put in a bowl of beef, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, to drive a raw egg, pour Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
Put everything in a bowl
Half put stuffing in shape, lay on top of the whole boiled eggs.
Cover with the second half of meat.
We put in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake until done, about 45-40 minutes.
Ready roll removed from the mold and give stand 10 minutes at room temperature.
Slice and serve.
