Milkshake for breakfast


Strawberry 150g
Groat, oat 25 g
Low-fat-free milk 450ml
50 g natural yoghurt
Translucent Honey 1 tablespoon


1. Toast the oatmeal in a pan for a few minutes until it acquires a deep golden brown.
2. Place the oatmeal in a blender and the other ingredients and mix until smooth.
3. Pour into 2 glasses and refrigerate.
