Mozzarella with tomatoes and arugula
Tomatoes 4 pieces
1 bunch basil
Mozzarella cheese 500g
1 bunch arugula
Sea salt to taste
Olive oil 30 ml
Balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons
1. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella circles. Put the tomatoes and then on top of mozzarella.
2. Basil put in a blender and add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt.
3. Grind the state of a homogeneous mass.
4. Pour this sauce tomatoes with mozzarella.
5. Top with arugula. Serve immediately after cooking.
