Nicoise salad with arugula


Olives 100g
Arugula 100 g
3 pieces of chicken egg
Canned tuna in oil 100 g
100 g white onion
Radish 100g
Olive oil 50 g
Wine vinegar 10g
Tomatoes 100 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste


1. Boil the eggs boiled and cut into slices.
2 tomatoes cut into slices.
3. Tuna drained.
4. White onions cut into rings.
5. Radish cut into round slices.
6. For the filling in a bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
7. Mix all ingredients and pour over the salad dressing.
