Recipe Pancakes with curd

Water – 1 cup
Milk – ¾ cup
Egg – 3 pieces
Butter – 5 tablespoons
Salt – ½ tsp
Flour – 1.5 cups
Curd – 450 g
Ricotta – 425g
Egg – 1 pc
Vanilla – 1 tsp
Zest – 2 teaspoons
Sugar – 2 tbsp


All the ingredients for pancakes, whip and knead the dough. Put in the fridge for an hour, then fry pancakes in a pan thin.
Filling. Cottage cheese with ricotta Put in a colander and hang a 1.5 -2 hours, pressing down occasionally. Then, all the ingredients for the filling, whip in a blender.
Stuff the pancakes cottage cheese and wrap them. Fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Garnish with strawberries and serve with strawberry jam.
