Pasta with mushrooms in cream sauce
Pasta Conchiglie 400 g
Fresh mushrooms 1 kg
Cream 30% -s ½ l
Wheat flour 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
1. Cook the pasta. Cut the mushrooms into slices flat and put in a pot. Close the lid and keep on medium heat until the water but not bringing them to a dark color.
2. Stir a spoonful of flour in the cream and gradually pour the mixture into the mushrooms. Prevent until smooth and season with salt to taste.
3. Arrange the pasta on plates, put mushrooms. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper all.
