Pasta with tuna and tomatoes


Spaghetti 350 g
Canned tuna in oil 200 g
Onion 1 piece
1 clove garlic
Canned tomatoes 1 can
Cayenne pepper 1 piece
Olive oil 7 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Herbs to taste


1. In salted water cook the pasta al dente (slightly al dente pasta hardish per tooth).
2. Gently fry the garlic and red pepper, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
3. Remove from the cans of tuna, drain off excess oil and add to the pan, mash with a fork and keep in a state of a light boil for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add tomatoes, stir, add salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
5. Fold the finished pasta in a colander, put in the pan and keep the fire a few minutes, so that it soaked sauce. Cooked pasta sprinkled with chopped fresh herbs and herbs.
