Pea soup with smoked ribs


Smoked 400 g
Peas 250 g
Onions 2 pieces
Carrot 1 piece
Potatoes 3 pieces
Root parsley 1 piece
1 bunch of parsley
Bay leaves 2 pieces
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil 75 g
Ground black pepper to taste


1. In a pan with boiling water put the peas and cook for about an hour. Take the pork, smoked ribs with fat, cut the meat, if large – is cut in half. Cook as the usual meat broth with peas.
2. Onions, carrots and parsley root cut into medium-sized pieces, can be diced and passeruem in vegetable oil until golden brown.
3. Once the peas are ready, add the chopped pieces of potatoes, zazharku and spices and cook potatoes until tender. Refill chopped parsley, give for 10 minutes and serve.
