Pork – book with pineapple and carrots
1. The meat cut. Season with salt and pepper.
2. For the marinade: Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, basil.
3 carrots cut into rings.

6. Sprinkle with oregano. Put in a cool place for a few hours or overnight.
