Oranges 1 piece
Orange juice 200ml

1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Orange cut into slices. Put 3 slices in a bowl, pour the orange juice. Cover with foil and simmer in the oven for 40-45 minutes until the oranges are soft. Allow to cool.

3. The rectangular cake pan greased with butter and sprinkle with flour. In a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar until white. Enter the orange juice, olive oil, yogurt, orange zest and vanilla.
4. phyllo dough cut into small pieces and stir into the batter. Pour into prepared pan mass.
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until a beautiful golden color. When the cake is ready, pierce it several times skewer and pour over the cooled down syrup. So the cake soaked particularly well. To feed the cake is cut into 12 square slices and decorate each of them a quarter of an orange.
