Potato and onion soup “Tiplokastra”
Onions 3 heads
Potatoes 5 pieces
Curd cream 4 pieces
Mushrooms fresh 10 pieces
1. Boil in a saucepan the onions and potatoes until soft state.
2. Potatoes and onions grind blender right in the pan.
3. Add grated on a fine grater mushrooms.
4. Grate the cheese melted and dissolve in the soup.
5. Bring the soup to a boil over very low heat.
