Potatoes are a young 10 pieces
Olive oil extra virgin 250ml
Dill 1 bunch
1 bunch of parsley
3 cloves garlic
Red Tabasco sauce 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
1. Potatoes rinse well (do not need to be cleaned), cut lengthwise into eight slices, put in a saucepan with cold salted water.
2. Bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain the water and put the potatoes cool.
3. Mix the olive oil with the chopped herbs, sauce and sagging through chesnokodavilku garlic. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet in one layer, pre-slices dipped in the resulting mixture.
4. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
