Potatoes in clothes of bacon
Medium-sized potatoes – 8-1- pieces.
Bacon (ready-cut) – bars 16-20
For the sauce:
Butter – 2 cups
Flour – 1 tbsp. spoon
Bouillon – 1/4 l
Sour cream – 100 g
Juice of half a lemon
1. potatoes thoroughly wash and cook in uniform. A little cool, peeled. Wrap each potato in two strips of bacon, put into a mold and put bake in preheated oven to 2000 C for 10 minutes.
2. While the potatoes in bacon baked, prepare the sauce. To do this in a saucepan with a thick bottom warm up butter, add the flour, then carefully not to get lumps, pour broth and give boil.
3. Remove from heat, add the cream, salt, pepper, lemon juice, stir. Fill the sauce potatoes and send it in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
4. The finished dish sprinkle with fresh herbs. Simple and delicious! The amount depends on the amount of potato bacon. In our package was 14 strips of bacon, accordingly, it took us 7 potatoes.
