Pumpkin soup with ginger


Pumpkin 500 g
Sweet potato 1 piece
Ginger root ½ pieces
Garlic cloves 7
Carrots 2 pieces
Cilantro (coriander) 1 bunch
Red onion 1 clove
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Butter 70 g
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce ½ teaspoon
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste


1. Quarter – or so – a large pumpkin cleaned of seeds and their environment, remove the peel. Clear yam. And pumpkin, sweet potato and immediately under the skin has a white layer – it also needs to be cut, otherwise the soup will taste bitter. Cut the pumpkin and sweet potatoes into large chunks.
