Quesadilla with chicken and Emmental
Chicken breast 500 g
Emmental cheese 300g
Italian Flatbread 4 pieces
1. Chicken breasts cut into two pieces and fry on both sides of the lid. Cheese grate. Breasts cool and finely chop. Put the cake in half the chicken pieces generously sprinkle with cheese and put the cake in half. Put tortillas on baking sheet and bake until cheese is melted.
2. Cut the finished cake into 3 pieces each.
3. Serve with three kinds of sauce: sour cream with fresh dill, guacamole and salsa.
