Quiche Lorraine with spinach

Ingredients


Beef brisket 250g
Spinach 200 g
Comte cheese 100g
Carrot 1 piece
100ml milk
Sour cream 35% -s 200 g
Walnut nutmeg pinch
Wheat flour 250g
Egg chicken 4 pieces
Butter 125g
Egg yolk 1 piece
2 tablespoons water
Salt to your liking
Ground black pepper in taste

Instruction:

1. Breast and carrots cut into medium-sized cubes. Spinach Wash and coarsely chop. Cheese grate.
2. In a hot skillet lightly fry bacon, add chopped carrots and continue to saute over medium heat until cooked carrots. Add the spinach, remove from heat and close the lid.
3. Sift the flour, butter, salt and rub your hands until the state of crumbs. Add egg yolk, stir, gradually pour cold water (about two tablespoons) and knead thoroughly. Roll out the dough, to shift into a form with borders.
4. In a bowl, mix half the grated cheese, sour cream, milk, eggs, spices, how to mix. In a bowl add the fried bacon with carrots and spinach, stir again, pour into a mold prepared with cake, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake at 180 degrees for thirty minutes.
