Recipe Cheese soup with carrots and shrimp
– 500 grams of cream cheese
– 1 tsp. Salt
– 400 g of potatoes

– 400g peeled shrimp
– 2 tsp. Dried parsley
1. In boiling salted water (1.5 L) to dissolve the cheese. It is best suited soft cheese without additives
2. Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and put into the water with cheese. Cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat
3. Purified carrot rub on a small grater. Finely grated carrots then almost invisible in the soup, but good passes and color and taste
