Cheesecake with cherry

– Basis:
flour – 200 g
butter – 100 g
dairy cream – 1 tbsp. l.
sugar – 1 tbsp. l.
Salt – a pinch
Eggs – 1 pc
– Filling:
cream milk – 150 ml
sugar – 150 g
Cherry – 200g
curd – 200 g
Eggs – 2 pcs
vanilla – 1 package
Starch – 1 tbsp. l.


1. In a bowl, whisk whisk 1 egg, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp. l. cream.
2. Add the melted butter and beat again
3. Enter the flour and knead a soft elastic dough.
4. Spread the dough on a greased form (diameter 24 cm), making bumpers. Remove form the dough in a refrigerator for 30 min.
5. Prepare the filling. In the bowl of a blender put cottage cheese, cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla and starch and whisk until smooth.
6. Rinse cherries, remove the seeds and discard in a colander to glass excess fluid.
7. Take out the form with the dough and pour the filling, smooth.
