Recipe Chocolate fritters for 5 minutes
– 400ml buttermilk
– 300g flour
– 60g sugar
– 40g cocoa
– 1 egg
– 2g soda
– 5ml lemon juice
– 60ml vegetable oil
Mix the first glass of lemon juice, sugar and eggs, then add the rest – flour, baking soda and cocoa powder.
Mix until uniform dough. It should have a fairly thick consistency. The dough should not stand for long, so just proceed to the frying fritters.
In a well-heated pan, pour oil and fry the pancakes on a fairly high heat on both sides. In the process of cooking, they should have a good rise and remain lush even after cool down.
