Recipe Chocolate Muffins


Flour – 250 g
Sugar – 250 g
Butter – 100 g
Drinking yoghurt without additives – 1 cup
Cocoa powder – 100 g
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Soda – 1/2 tsp
Egg – 2 pcs.
Vanilla – 1 pinch
Dark chocolate – 100-150 g


1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Put the butter to melt.
Separately, mix the dry products: flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda, salt, vanilla, baking powder; separately – yogurt and eggs.
Connect and stir.
3. Add the melted butter and knead again carefully.
If the dough get too steep (almost dry), add a little yogurt.
4. A bar of dark chocolate chop into small pieces (the pieces needed it, not chips). Stir the dough.
5. Forms lightly oil and 2/3 fill test.
The oven heat to 200ᵒC and put muffins for 20-25 minutes.
6. Remove. Let cool down directly in the form of 10-15 minutes.
