Recipe Crispy wafer rolls


Flour 125 g
Starch – 125 g
Butter 125 g
Egg 3 pieces.
Sugar – 175 g
A pinch of salt


1. Butter room temperature with sugar.
2. Add the eggs one by one, and the thoroughly mixed mass.
3. Pour the flour, starch, vanilla and salt. Mix well.
4. Give the dough to come in 30 minutes.
5. Bake until golden brown waffles.
6. Hot waffles rolled in a tube.
7. Finished rolls filled with cream.
