Recipe Stewed chicken drumsticks
Shins of chickens – 6 pieces.
Carrots – 1 pc.
Red onion – half a head
Garlic – 2 cloves
Soy sauce – 3-4 Art. l.
Sour cream – 3 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.
French Mustard – 1 hour. L.
Curry – 1 hour. L.
Dill (dried) – 1 ch. L.
Salt – to taste
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Shin rinse with cold water, remove skin (if desired, without it obtained less fat version of this dish). For the marinade, mix the soy sauce, mayonnaise, mustard, beans, curry, garlic passed through the press. Marinate the lower leg for 10 minutes in the marinade.
3. Carrot coarsely chop. Red onion cut into half rings.
4. Drain the marinade, marinated chicken drumsticks to add the onions and carrots. Fry tibia for 3-5 minutes with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil or olive oil.
5. Sour cream dissolve in 200 ml of cold water, add some dried dill and mix.
6. Pour this cream sauce shin, reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes on a lower leg simmered.
