Recipe Stuffed of Chinese cabbage
Chinese cabbage: 8 sheets;
Turkey or chicken breast: 300 grams;
Mushrooms: 5 pieces;

Unlike traditional, stuffed Chinese cabbage are more delicate, and much easier to prepare. In this recipe I used minced turkey breast (can substitute chicken) in combination with cottage cheese and other ingredients.
