Recipe Roast turkey and vegetables


– Turkey 0.5 kg;
– Potatoes 700 grams;
– Onions 2 pc;
– Bulgarian pepper 2 pcs;
– 3 cloves garlic;
– Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. L .;
– Butter 2 tbsp. L .;
– 0.5 tsp paprika;
– 0.5 tsp thyme;
– Black pepper 0.25 tsp;
– 1 tsp salt;
– Parsley 3 tbsp. L .;


Turkey fillets wash, dry with paper towel. Cut into small pieces.

The bulk skillet heat the vegetable oil, add the butter. Fold the meat, saute over medium heat until golden brown. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

In a frying pan add up to the turkey diced potatoes. After 10 minutes, add the chopped onion and red bell pepper. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fry together for another 10 minutes.

5 minutes before end of cooking add the chopped garlic, dried thyme, salt, paprika, black pepper.

Dish mix, if necessary, add more salt. Season with parsley and remove from heat.
