Roll of salami and cream cheese

0.5 kg of cream cheese, room temperature
300 g salami sliced very thinly
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
Spread plastic wrap on the table, put the cheese, cover with another layer of the film and a rolling pin to roll out the layer thickness of a centimeter.
Carefully remove the foil and spread out across the surface of the cheese salami, then cover with foil and carefully flip.
Remove the tape on the other side and put on cheese green pepper.
Now it is all rolled up into a tight roll leaving no air pockets.
