Rolls with salmon in pita bread
Cream Cheese 250 g
Dill 1 bunch
1 bunch green onions
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Pita 1 piece
1. Finely chop green onions and dill.
2. Cream cheese (preferably “Viola”) to shift into a bowl and mix with the onion, dill and lemon juice.
3. Salmon (fish should be salted) cut into thin layers.
4. Roll out a layer of lavash, lubricate it obtain a paste of the cheese, and top with a dense layer of sliced salmon. All wrapped in a roll and cut into pieces a la carte. The dish can be served to the table.
