Recipe Royal cheesecake with dried apricots


For the dough:

Flour – 2 cups
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Soda – 1/4 ch. L.
Butter – 100 g (margarine)

For filling:

Cottage cheese – 500 g
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Vanilla sugar or vanilla on the tip of a knife, but rather vanilla pods
Apricot dried apricots or soft


1. Cottage cheese if desired through a sieve (I love neprotertye) and beat eggs and sugar.
2. After whipping add vanilla. To test cut butter into small pieces and grind with flour and sugar until consistency of breadcrumbs, in the end, add soda and stir.
3. Forms for baking (I 26 cm round, you can square 20 * 20 cm or other format) greased and floured.
4. Put 2/3 of dough on top put the curd filling, put the halves of apricots, you can push them into the stuffing, then top – the remaining batter.
5. Bake 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
