Mince 400 g
Pasta 200 g
Onion 1 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
Tomato paste 3 tablespoons


1. In a pan pour 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, put the finely chopped onion and fry until golden brown.
2. Add beef and saute for 5-7 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of water, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
3. Boil the pasta and put them in a pan ready to meat. Stir.
