Russian Pie “Zebra”
2 cups sugar
5 pieces of chicken egg
1 cup sour cream
Wheat flour 2 cups
Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons
Slaked soda 1 teaspoon
1. Beat eggs with sugar until white foam. Add 2 cups sifted flour, baking soda, the cooled melted butter, sour cream and mix thoroughly (preferably with a mixer).
2. Divide dough into two equal parts. In one part add 2 tablespoons of flour, the other 2 tablespoons cocoa. Stir to avoid lumps. The dough should be rather thin consistency of sour cream.
3. Wide shape (26-28 cm), oiled. Pour into the center turn small amounts of different tests (a tablespoon). Do not stir.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for half an hour. If the top of the cake is already propechetsya and the middle has not – should cover the cake with foil, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake until done.
