Salad “Caesar” with chicken breast
Chicken fillet 3 pieces
Tomatoes 2 pieces
Crackers 1 cup
Iceberg lettuce 1 bunch
Grated Parmesan cheese 50 g
Sauce “Cheese Caesar” to taste
Olive oil 1 teaspoon
A mixture of Italian herbs to taste
1. Wash the chicken fillet, cut into medium-sized pieces, sprinkle them with a mixture of Italian herbs, fry until golden brown.
2. Wash the lettuce leaves, wipe with a dry cloth, tear them into equal parts, sprinkled with lemon juice and pour the olive oil (0.5 teaspoons).
3. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices.
4. Spread on a plate of lettuce, chicken breast, add croutons, dressed with sauce “Cheese Caesar”, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and decorate with slices of tomato.
