Recipe Salad “Gourmet”
– Crab sticks 200g
– Mushrooms 300 g
– Onions 2 pc.
– Carrots boiled 2 pcs.
– Dill beam
– Olive oil to taste
– Vegetable oil for frying
– Salt to taste
Onions cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil.
Mushrooms cut into slices and fry until golden brown.
Crab sticks cut into strips and fry in vegetable oil.
Putting mushrooms, onions, crab sticks, they add boiled carrots, grated on a coarse grater, finely chopped dill and all the stir and then dressed with olive oil and mix again.
