Recipe Salad “Koulslo”
1 small head of red cabbage
1 small head cabbage
2 pcs. medium carrots
1 can of corn (canned)
1 bunch of parsley
100 g of yogurt (or sour cream)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tsp sugar
0.5 tsp salt
1 tbsp mustard (Dijon)
to taste black pepper (ground)
The cooking process
Koulslo – a salad on the basis of European vegetables – cabbage. He is extremely popular not only in Europe but also in the United States, where almost every family has its own version of this salad.
Cabbage finely chop. Mash hands. Carrot peel and grate.
Red cabbage finely poshinkovat, remove the hard part (streaks). Good stretch your hands to make it softer and let the juice. Parsley cut.
From canned corn drained.
Mix all the ingredients. Drizzle with dressing and mix gently again.
Salad dressing: yoghurt, salt, sugar, mustard, vinegar and pepper. Mix. Slightly beat spoon.
