Salad of Chinese cabbage with apples
Canned corn – 250 g
Chinese cabbage – 1 pc.
Apple – 3 pieces.
Cucumber salad – 1 pc.
Cheese – 200 g
For the filling:
French Mustard – 1 hour. L.
Olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.
Vinegar – 1 tbsp. l.
Light mayonnaise – 5 Art. l.
1. Clean the leaves of Chinese cabbage we shall cut strips, add sliced julienne apples, cucumber, corn and Expressed grated cheese finely. All the mix.
2. Mix the filling: Connect the mustard and vinegar, butter and mayonnaise.
3. Fill the salad dressing and dosolit taste. In 20-30 minutes set aside in the refrigerator.
There are two ways of submission: on their own or with a garnish. Great cooked rice.
