Salad with sauteed tomatoes


Tomatoes 400 g
A mixture of lettuce 75 g
1 clove garlic
200 ml natural yoghurt
Olive oil 55 ml
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste


1. Medium-sized tomatoes cut into rings about a centimeter thick. Heat the pan, pour a little olive oil and fry the tomato slices until crisp, then remove from heat.
2. Blend natural yoghurt with 50 ml of olive oil. Crush the garlic cloves with a knife, dismantle the fibers and finely chop. Add chopped garlic to the yogurt and butter, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Season with this sauce mixture of lettuce, garnish with roasted tomatoes rings and serve when they are a little cool – or hot, it is a matter of taste.
