Recipe Sandwich cake
Ingredients for a sandwich cake:
Whole-grain bread – 4 slices
Soft cream cheese (cream cheese) – 340 g
Chopped red onion – 1 tablespoon
Dill finely chopped – 3 tablespoons
Capers 1 tablespoon canned
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Salt – a pinch
Freshly ground pepper – to taste
Smoked Salmon – 200g
Cucumber – 2 pieces
Preparation of sandwich cake:
Divide the cream cheese into two parts. Put half of the cheese in a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice, add finely chopped onion and dill, a pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper and capers.
Coat a slice of bread Pomazkov cream cheese. Top with thinly sliced salmon.
Top with thin slices of cucumber.
Repeat with the other layers of the same, except for the top slice of bread.
Beautifully lubricate all sides remaining softened cream cheese.
Garnish with capers, dill, the remaining slices of salmon and cucumber.
