Butter 50 g
Egg chicken 2 pieces
Mustard taste
Salt to taste
1 bunch green onions
White bread 200 g


1. Boil the eggs, allow them to cool (better down in cold water). Cut the eggs into 2 halves, egg yolks separated from the protein and good rub with butter. Protein finely chopped, mixed with a little mustard, add the egg yolks.
2. The thus obtained paste spread on a slice of bread and sprinkle with green onions.
