Sandwich with scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese
Bacon 10 g
Edam cheese 20 g
White bread pieces ½
Tomato 1 piece
Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
Butter 10 g
Chicken egg 1 piece
3 pieces of lettuce leaves
1. Saute thin slices of bacon until golden brown.
2. Heat the bread and one half of a sandwich spread with mayonnaise, put on a second cheese, tomato slices, bacon and lettuce.
3. Meanwhile, fry in butter a small fried egg – such that the yolk was semi.
4. Put fried eggs on lettuce, close the other half of the sandwich and serve.
