Sandwiches spreads of tuna fish
Canned tuna in its own juice 1 jar
Light mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
Sugar ½ teaspoon
Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
1. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, and sugar.
2. Tuna removed from the brine, mash with a fork. If it is too dry, add a little brine.
3. Add to the tuna dressing, salt and pepper to taste.
4. Put the pasta in a jar with a tight lid and store in refrigerator. Before the meal, spread on whole grain bread. You can sprinkle with chopped capers or olives.
