Sangria (Alcohol, +18)
The most popular, is that after the beer and wine, the drink in Spain. Cooked properly sangria, has nothing to do with the purchase of synthetic.
1.2 liters of dry red wine
5 tbsp sugar (or taste)
Juice of 1 orange th
2 oranges, cut half circles
1 lemon, cut into half circles
1 cinnamon stick
50 ml brandy or cognac
200 ml of highly carbonated water (you can miss.
1) Mix all the fruit for sangria, cinnamon, sugar and orange juice in a large pitcher. Slightly mash (you can tolkushkoy) to get more flavor. Pour the wine and add the brandy. Cover the bowl with cling film or a lid and refrigerate at least 2 hours. And even better at night.
2) Remove cinnamon, add water and mix well.
Serve well chilled sangria and ice.
