Shopska salad


Pepper 500 g
Tomatoes 300 g
Cucumbers 150g
Cheese cheese 150g
Onions 100g
Olive oil 60 g
Salt to taste
Chopped parsley to taste
Vinegar to taste
Chili 1 piece


1. Roast the peppers in the oven to peel slightly scorched. Transfer to a plastic bag, refrigerate for 15-20 minutes, remove the peel and remove seeds. Cut into small pieces.
2. Cut into small pieces of tomatoes and cucumbers. Onion – thin half rings. Put the vegetables in a bowl and mix by hand. Add salt to taste, then oil and parsley. Again, stir well and place on a platter or a la carte dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on a coarse grater and garnish with finely chopped chilli.
