Very simple dessert to tea of four ingredients
200 grams of chocolate – dark or milk, according to your taste
25 g of butter
200 g of condensed milk
120 g pistachios (also suitable cashews, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, walnuts, or a mixture)
Chocolate break into small pieces and put in a bowl with the butter and condensed milk.
We put in a water bath and stir, melt and bring to homogeneity. Remove from the bath.
Coarsely chop the nuts.
Add the chocolate mixture and stir.
Pour the mixture onto the laid baking foil and give to cool to room temperature. Then we put in the refrigerator and keep, until the mixture hardens.
We take out of the sweet form, remove the foil and cut fudge into small pieces.
The finished product is stored in tightly closed container. Week kept accurately.
