Smoked Hen – you will not believe … at tea!

You will need:
Chicken breast 1000 g
Dry white wine (table) 30 ml
Olive oil 60 ml
Fresh Ginger ½ cm
Soy sauce 15 ml
Sea salt 1 tsp
Ground black pepper 1 tsp
White rice polished to 90 g
Cane sugar 70g
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Black tea 30g
Chicken fillet wash, dry and cut into 2 halves.
Mix wine, soy sauce, vegetable oil and 20 ml of grated ginger.
Soak chicken in sauce and send in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, but you can day. After marinating chicken breasts and get dry.
Mix black pepper and salt and rub the chicken breasts, let stand at room temperature for about 1 hour.
Cover the bottom of the pan with two layers of foil. Mix the dry tea with rice (you can use any), sugar and cinnamon, pour into the pan, put on top of the bars.
In another pan fry the chicken breasts in the remaining olive oil and high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. The main thing is not to overdry.
Transfer the breasts on the grill, place the pan over high heat. Warm up 7 minutes without closing the lid. I warn you – will be a lot of smoke, so I open the windows and turn on the hood.
Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook for 10 minutes, but if the lid does not close tightly, as in my case, then the time of smoking is necessary to increase a further 10 minutes
