Smoothies from dried fruits


½ cup dried apricots
½ cup dark raisins
1 tablespoon honey
Oatmeal flakes 3 tablespoons
Almond milk 2 cups


1. dried apricots and raisins, washed, pour 1 cup of hot water.
2. apricots and raisins are soft, grind them with the other ingredients in a blender until smooth.
3. Serve chilled.
